To date we have completed a block of 9 flats in Lewisham, a block of 8 flats in Shepherd’s Bush, a care home in Battle, East Sussex, as well as hundreds ofjobs in East Sussex and Kent where the house has been completely renovated. Some of these have incorporated air source heat pumps and one of them had a ground source heat pump, so we aren’t afraid to take on projects of this size and nature.
All labour completed by Southern Energy Solutions comes with a 12 month warranty and any new build or renovation will receive a manual for the plumbing and heating system within in the property as well as all warranty paperwork registered. This is just another way for us to make sure we are making using us as your chosen plumbing and heating company as simple as we can.
We can tender from building plans, so if you have any projects upcoming whether it be a single dwelling or a block of 50 houses we would love to tender for them and can get the price over to you within a week and start work within 3/4 weeks if needed as we have a high number of staff.
Your new build project will get a dedicated manager, seeing things through with continuity. You’ll have the ease of dealing with just one person managing your new build plumbing and boiler installation.
